1. Safety Precautions

⚠ DANGER

• High Voltage Risk: This device operates with high voltage. DO NOT touch metal terminals while the device is powered.
• No Modification: Do not disassemble, repair, or modify this device.
• Water & Moisture: Do not use in heavy rain, standing water, or extremely humid environments to avoid electric shock hazards.

⚠ NOTICE

• Protection Reset: If protection (e.g., Short Circuit, Over-Power) is triggered (Solid Red Light), the system will lock. You MUST unplug the gun first, then manually turn off the physical power switch and restart to reset.
• Cable Check: Inspect the gun and cables for damage or burns before use.

2. Specifications

Please check the voltage specification of your device to ensure compatibility with your appliances.

3. Operation Instructions

To ensure successful communication handshake, please strictly follow these steps:

Step 1: Power On

1. Press the power switch on the device.
2. Wait for the LED to turn Solid Blue.
3. Note: If the LED blinks Red immediately, please charge the device first.

Step 2: Connect

1. Ensure the vehicle is unlocked.
2. Insert the discharge gun vertically into the vehicle's charging port until you hear a "click" indicating it is locked.
3. The LED will turn Solid Green, indicating the device is performing a communication handshake with the vehicle.

Step 3: Discharge

1. When the LED turns Blinking Green, communication is complete, and the discharge relay is closed.
2. Output voltage (230V for EU / 120V for NA) is now available at the socket. You may connect your electrical appliances.

Step 4: Stop

1. Disconnect Load: Remove all connected electrical appliances from the socket first.
2. Unplug Gun: Unplug the discharge gun (unlocking via vehicle screen may be required for some models).
3. Power Off: Finally, turn off the device power switch.

4. LED Status Indicators

This device features an intelligent status monitoring system. Please refer to the LED color and behavior below.

5. Smart App Connectivity

This device supports smart connectivity. Download the official App to view real-time data and manage the device.

• OTA Firmware Upgrade: Update device firmware wirelessly to fix bugs and improve protocol compatibility.
• Diagnostics: View device logs and status codes.

6. Troubleshooting

Q1: After plugging in, the LED stays Solid Blue and does not turn Green?

A: The vehicle has not detected the plug. Check if the gun is fully inserted or if there is debris in the charging port.

Q2: During use, the LED suddenly turns Solid Red and power cuts off?

A: Safety protection has been triggered.

1. Check Short Circuit: Ensure the connected appliance is not faulty.
2. Check Power: Ensure total load does not exceed limits (EU 8KW / NA 4KW).
3. Check Vehicle: Ensure the vehicle battery level is sufficient.
4. Recovery: Disconnect Load → Unplug Gun → Turn OFF device power → Wait 5 seconds → Turn ON again.

Q3: The Red LED is blinking, and the device won't work?

A: The internal auxiliary battery is dead. Please charge the device for 15-30 minutes before use.

Q4: The LED stays Solid Green for a while, then reboots, and this happens repeatedly?

A: Handshake failed. Two possible causes:

• Cause A (Vehicle Side): Vehicle battery level is too high.
  Action: The SOC is above the charging limit. Consume some battery or adjust the limit on the car screen.
• Cause B (App Setting): Vehicle voltage is lower than the App cutoff setting.
  Action: The "Discharge Cutoff Voltage" in the App is set too high. Please connect via Bluetooth to the App and modify the cutoff voltage, ensuring it is lower than the vehicle's current voltage.

7. Warranty

1. This product is covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
2. Failures caused by human damage, water ingress, unauthorized disassembly, or failure to follow the manual are not covered by the warranty.
